The hub is a completely new tool for Exos coaches to track, support and engage with their clients. Built to support both B2B and direct-to-consumer products, my main challenge was to design a platform that would help coaches do their best regardless of program type or goals, all while blending the virtual and physical gym experiences.
Coach Hub’s MVP was released in Q3 of 2021 and continues to improve based on business and customer needs.

Measurably improve each client’s quality of life (dependent on their program goals) through assessments.
My Role
- Led the coaching experience product as sole designer for Coach Hub
- Worked closely with two senior designers leading the customer apps to stay in sync
- Embedded on cross-functional product team consisting of one product manager and five talented engineers
- Many stakeholders were involved throughout, including coaching managers, operations, VP of program methodology, and performance consultants
